Supplications for Your Journey
These are selected duas (supplications) that are especially meaningful for those beginning their journey in Islam. Memorize them gradually — even one dua said with sincerity is powerful.
Dua for Guidance
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
Ihdinas-siratal-mustaqeem
Guide us to the straight path
Quran 1:6 — from Surah Al-Fatiha, recited in every prayer
Dua for Firm Faith
اللَّهُمَّ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلىٰ دِينِكَ
Allahumma thabbit qalbi 'ala deenik
O Allah, make my heart firm upon Your religion
Tirmidhi — one of the Prophet’s ﷺ most frequent duas
Dua for Ease
اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا
Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahla
O Allah, nothing is easy except what You make easy
Ibn Hibban
Dua When Feeling Overwhelmed
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel
Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best disposer of affairs
Quran 3:173 — said by Ibrahim when thrown into the fire
Morning Dhikr
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi
Glory be to Allah and praise Him
Bukhari — say 100 times in the morning and evening, and your sins are forgiven
